yes i have but when i copy the hole folder incuding text.gxt the whole game crashes and when i removed that text.gxt this error comes

Try using CLEO 3. CLEO 4 doesn't seem to work with most people.

Also I think the error message is coming because you removed the gxt file. Maybe you are not supposed to remove it.

Take a picture of your GTA San Andreas User Files folder. It may helps us, maybe.

This message pops up due to the missing text.gxt. If you miss one of the three needed files in the MPACK (scr.scm, mpack.dat, text.gxt), you can't open the MPACK.

I can't say why it crashes when you used text.gxt. Do you have any (conflicting) cleo mods? Perhaps also the CLEO3/CLEO4 problem, like Nitesh said.

No. I have Win 7 and my DYOM works great on it. You should install the DYOM correctly.
