Hello Guys of the GFX Dept.

I was wondering if someone can make me a banner based off of the Police Department in GTA V -- Obviously the Los Santos Police Department. Size doesn't matter. Preferably something with the skyline and the title "Los Santos Police Department" and under it "Obey and Survive"

Please, I am in real need for this! I don't care what quality, just please help me. Thanks and a Big Shoutout for whom ever does this!
