The Ghost Riderz MC was created in Liberty City just recently. There just seemed to be some sort of calling for them to come to LC and give it all they had. Well, eventually they came and thus The Ghost Riderz MC was created. For awhile the MC just sat back and watched how all of the other gangs operated and how the turf game worked. When they decided they had sat back long enough they put their plan into action. The MCs' main goal is to be the best out there. And the rest you'll have to find out yourself.
