this mod is no mine, this mod is created by Hellya2011. all credits to Hellya2011.Link to Hellya2011 oficial site: http://hellya2011.webs.com/ About Project Liberty: Project Liberty is a modification that i started in December 2011. I have always wanted to learn how to create models in Autodesk 3DS Max and export them to GTA San Andreas, well i sat down and by determination taught myself how, and i figured, as my first project, why not try to convert GTAIV models to San Andreas? As we all probably know, Vans123/ Herobioyui created the first total conversion of IV2SA, but no one has seen or heard anything about the mod since Oct 2010, so we assume there won't be anymore progress, so i started my project. Project Liberty will be a conversion of IV to San Andreas. For the love of god, tell him to add: Vertex Color and Night Vertex Color.
It will look twice as better as it does now,
but still twice as worse as original GTAIV.

While I don't like all the ruies, I agree with them on this rule.
I think it's disrespectful towards rockstar to convert there new games to older game engines.
| QUOTE |
[4.5.2] Original GTA content - Converting these between games is allowed, in moderation. It's a common practice, everyone who has gta installed has access to these vehicles, and getting Rockstar's permission simply won't happen. No point in trying to stop access to something you already have. However, converting excessive amounts of content will detract from interest in scratch-made content. It can also cause issues with Rockstar: if GTAIV's content could be installed into the much cheaper and older San Andreas - GTAIV sales could suffer - and future GTAs will be more likely to contain anti-modding protection. Modding currently encourages people to buy the PC version in order to install mods, which makes us a friend of Rockstar. Let's try to keep it that way. |
