[The Valley Gang]

Daniel MacNamara was a good man, even if he did do some illegal activities. He did what he had to do for his family. His sons, Tommy and Joey, were always intrigued about his father's business. They were taking mental notes on the way his father worked. They lived in the Penthouse of the Majestic, which was their safe-haven from the harsh life of Liberty City. Daniel had always enjoyed takng walks through Middle Park, the walks had a soothing effect on Daniel after a stressful day at work. One day while he was on one of his walks, he encountered a would-be rapist attacking a poor, innocent woman. Daniel sprang to her defense and fought off the attacker, but in the process, Daniel was stabbed in the stomach. Walking home, bleeding, he had just reached the gates of Middle Park when he was gunned down by a street gang known as The Finnigans. Tommy was woken up by the sudden gun shots. He quickly woke his younger brother up, and jumped into the elevator. They had just started to hear the sirens when they saw their father's bloodied body. Tommy ran to his father's side while Joey stood there in disbelief. Tommy had only heard the word Finnigan and Tommy knew exactly what he had to do.

Over the next 6 months, Tommy had expanded on his father's empire. He was sending drugs to more places, he gave more protection to more businesses and he recruited more men to work the streets. They have been using Charge Island as their main base of operations. He named the organization after where his family had come from in Ireland. From the Valleys.

Ard-Rì		High King - The leader and founder of the gang. All members must respect him and never hurt him.
Comhairleoir		Advisor - The Ard-Rí's most trusted man in the gang. He advises the Ard-Rí on choices related to alliances and business
Comharba		Succesor - This is considered the Underboss in an Italian mafia. Can be extremely violent or very passive.
Fear dílis		Faithful Man - The equivalent of a Capo in the mafia. They never question the Ard-Rí's word. They run the gang below them and are the ones who have regimes.
Fear cnaipe		Button Man - These are the assassins of the gang. Very decisive and persuasive men. They get their contract done.
Rádala gunna		Gun Runner - These men control our weapons and experts in how to use them.
Extorter sráide		Street Extorter - These are the gang's street soldiers. They collect the money from the businesses
Támhshuanaigh miúil		Narcotics Mule - The new kids, the ones who want to be part of the gang. They perform petty jobs.

The GTA Power Theory

One thing that should become apparent to all is that "power" in it's simplest does not exists here or anywhere in GTA. It's no more than a false sense of dominance. Being in a gang and running a gang is whatever you make of it. Your put it in the time and you put in the effort to achieve your goal then the gang will be great. If you just slack off and don't plan ahead, don't think and make stupid decisions the gang will fail. Simple as that. In any reality allies do nothing for you. Unless you somehow gain something out of it, not just being friendly with another group but if some how you achieve a given goal. Whether it be members, page count, whatever. Of course when your starting out you have one basic idea in mind, members, page count, "power", reputation, connections, etc. But the idea is flawed. Members mean nothing unless they are good quality (which is only 2 or 3 out of the 500 your could recruit), Power as I previously stated doesn't exist, connections only means people who'll back you up when your in need but if your any good you shouldn't need it, page count is only something that can be achieved through either legitimate conversation or spam, and reputation just goes with whatever you make of yourself. -Don Bianco

The Gang Dominance Theory

It is impossible to force a clan to close down, or at least all at once. External pressures will not work alone. Causing Internal mayhem is the way to bring to down clans from the inside out. When there is a great input of gangs being created there is always a resulting output of equal to or lesser gangs falling. The way to take down these gangs is this. Target one or two smaller and newer gangs. TDM them. Usually these smaller and newer gangs lack the qaulity to effectivly defeat an already established gang. After defeating the newer gangs a few times, it is possible that one or two of the quantity players would leave to attempt to join us. The moral of this clan takes a hit from the losses of TDM's and players. If you TDM the newer gang enough, they will lose their Quality player, which we go after right away to join our gang. This leaves the gang crippled, having no decent players, very low morale, and few actual players.(Do the former until they lose all quality) Once the results are posted, very few new recruits are willing to join, or stay. Thus, the gang closes down. -Dilo

Westies are growing, i see this as almost and expansion, like a Reserve team for a top tier BPL Club, or a Triple AAA Baseball team for a MLB Team.
