Holy crap guys I don't think I could ever play GTAIV in 2d ever again!

My Asus VG27H came in today, hooked everything up and loaded GTAIV with 50% 3d depth with my 3D shades and wow what an experience.
Everything looks so nice.
Anyone else running GTAIV in 3D???

I really wish there was a way to take pictures in 3D, because some of these custom cars look soooo sweet I mean every little detail sticks out!

Ran mine a few weeks back on my 50" plasma using nVidia's 3DTV play. It was pretty cool but the shadows are not done in 3D and that gives me a headache after a while. It looks great during night time though. If you walk around Star Junction it really gives you the feeling of being on a city street. This is one of the better games for 3D without being designed for it.

You have to disable shadows. But sometimes the lines in the centre of the road aren't right. Looks f*cking amazing though.

Performance is wierd though. Lowering the resolution doesn't really help, like it does with every other game in 3D.

under the heading for this forum it says "Discussion and tips for helping your copy of the PC version run better, as well as announcements and information on patches". it does not say "Come in here and create a topic to brag about being able to play GTA IV in 3d!!! you are driving down other people's (who are ACTUALLY trying to get help for their installations) topics and posts with a topic that really doesn't add any sort of value to the forum (edit: imo).
