GTA 3 mission problem

I don't get any mission

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Mar 27, 2012	After starting the game i don't get any mission. There is only one blip on the map and that is of my house where i save game. But i didn't get any mission to accomplish. OS : Windows 7 RAM : 2 GB Processor : Intel Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz Video Card : Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family, 512 MB

Hmm? Group: Members Joined: Dec 26, 2010	How much of the game have you done? Was this after starting a new game, or have you done missions before? What was the last mission you completed...?
