- Have at least 10 pages of legitimate discussion. That means, no "good luck" pages or unnecessary spamming.
- Have at least 4 active members registered on GTAForums.
- Follow the GTAF Gangs Section Guidelines and the GTAForums Rules and Policy
- Be active on the forums.
