oh gamesguru if u check this again i do have a question. my friend submariine sent his registration and he told me when he clicked to register it it brought him to a broad message bord screen or something im not entirely sure but it wont let him authorize it... what should he do?

I'm assuming that because his previous account was registered during that IP fiasco, he can not register with the email that was used with his previous account because it is already used by another account from the MMD (most likely a banned account). I'm assuming that is the issue, and to avoid it he would have to use a new/alternative email with his forum account (he can do this through the user panel). Either that, or he needs to go into his email and use the link contained within his registration confirmation email to authorise his account.

If you continue having issues, use the GTA Network Support forum and post a detailed explanation of your problem/situation.

okay thanks for speaking with me. since we share industrial in bohan i saw it as a good idea to see about if we could steinway shared or anything since its straight across the water and good docking station for my navy boats. or it can be one or the other or none of course. star junction for the hockey confrence room in BoGT. its just an idea im throwing out there.
