I'd just watched the modern classic 2012, with John Cusack, who has come to prominence despite being related to Joan Cusack, who's not noted for too much serious acting, she's not a likely casting anyway
John's done some hit and miss work, but I saw the TV ad for this yesterday, and don't see a topic of discussion yet... I will say, I think this should be a major hit, like the period piece before hand; Sherlock Holmes, with Robert Downey Jr.
Although I think there maybe some comparable movie themes with Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Depp, and From Hell, also with Depp, two rather good films in their own right.
