Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 18, 2011	wouldnt it be great if we could drive around the city like normal civillians. i dont know if there is any mod like this one. if u have seen please tell me 1- traffic rules-if tommy drives too fast police comes 2- gear chaniging- now there is automatic gear changing, would be great if we could change gear like in need for speed 3- first person driving mod for vice city share ur ideas... if anybody has seen these kind of mods... please post it here...or give me the link

COCK-A-DOODLE DO! Group: Members Joined: Feb 17, 2006	That's a bit sad really, its called GTA for a reason. Play Driv3r or Driver: Parallel Lines if you want realistic road rules.
