Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 5, 2010	can anyone help me with something? i run the GTA vice city and it says that the _binksetmixbins@16 could not be locate in the dynamic link of binkw32.dll plz can someone help me what did i should do?

i did not use any mod for the game
i legaly have the game
my PC of course can run it
it's 6 core 3,3 GHz with 4 Gb RAM
