One fan like mapmods the second love a specific carmod and the third want to have scriptmods
Check out Myriad Islands which replace everything. For myself, i love the Playmoth Cuda.
It's not possible to call any mod "best mod", it's always subjective and you can't compare them

i talk about best mod replaces cars, textures or sounds.

myriad is great too, VC and SA Versions.
