12.5Million could buy you a MUCH bigger house with MUCH more property (in terms of acreage) in other parts of the country.

Yea def talented for sure, just wonder if something like that is purchased, you gotta think himself and others are awaiting for the big game to make them money, for discussion purposes you could make a point that someone wouldnt buy this amount of a house if something big like GTAV was not going to be released in a short time I understand he has a contract but V will make R* a billion dollars, interesting this has come up i have never seen such of anything about the Housers or any of the producers living arrangements.
