It makes sense to ANYONE who has played the PS2 version of VCS-Remember the Lock icon outside the first safe house on the West Island?-and later at certain areas around the city?-Those are icons to BUY certain items(and the first safe house is a BP Sanchez)...Just a heads up.

Oh, I see. You are talking about the PS2 version of the game. I play the PSP version of the game. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
