Why the ped look like this?

Crackhead Group: Members Joined: Jan 17, 2012	OK guys, I have made a ped in 3dsmax and I place it in SA, but... WTF? The ped doesn't match any ped's size and just standing obliquely ( even his leg is standing in the air ) , as I walk, the ped didn't move... Yes... also use the IFP model to do it...
I follow all the instructions in the tut http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=397248
but it comes to this...
