I never tried 'nastylimbscheat' because it never works. Just look at the blood which is falling from above. Actually, I killed a fat man when the bridge was moving up and now the fat man is 'hovering'. I used my M4 and blood was 'raining'. This was my dirtiest moment.

That cheat allows peds limbs to be blown off. It probably does work for you, but you've never noticed it.

It doesn't work because it's enabled on PC already.

I believe that depends on the version of the game, I know that Australians have it disabled by default, but here in the UK it's enabled by default.
