In the mission 'Mike Toreno', exactly as the mission starts, one can hea Jizzy say "Gotta make this quick! Mike doesn't have much time on his battery left" however he is nowhere to be seen as it's just CJ and Toreno. Also throughout the conversation, Jizzy keeps talking, however in the car there are only two people: Mike and CJ. I've done this mission multiple times and its always Mike and CJ so it's not a temporary glitch. This has always confused me.

Also it's T-Bone and CJ who are in the car, and you have to rescue Mike.

Oh yeah sorry I mistook the name Mike and T-Bone. But for example "Get the the docks in Easter Basin!" is clearly spoken by Jizzy not T-Bone.

I use a motorcycle and sometimes a Maverick to do the mission, and as said it's T-Bone talking.

No it isnt T-Bone. T-Bone speaks as well during the mission and it's a completely different voice. They speak after each other and Jizzy's voice contrasts T-Bone's.

The guy who does T-Bone's voice always annoyed me. He's the only one in the game that seems like the voice doesn't fit at all.

Also IMO T-Bone's voice doesn't sound like Jizzy's at all.

Exactly and during this mission, it's clear that Jizzy is speaking and not T-Bone.

Those two lines sound nothing like T-Bone AT ALL. They sound like Jizzy. T-Bone speaks right before and his voice sounds NOTHING like that. Even his accent is different.

It's definitely the same actor but keep in mind he's talking louder, so depending on the persons voice it might sound different.

You could have bad hearing, I'll give you that, but you gotta ask yourself: "Would that even make sense? T-Bone is in the car, not Jizzy."

Also his's not dead at that point in the game.

It's T-Bone speaking it is quite clear. Maybe the actor sounds different when he yelled a bit IMO. I just finished that mission so i had a good listen
