Rules

It's played on TDM,but WE do not shoot all the time.This is a RP

Killing a person for no reason at all

-No Spawn rushing
If a war is occurring in an area and you are in it,and you were killed,you cannot go back into the war until it's over

-No Revenge Killing
No killing the person that killed you before,just for revenge.

-Fear Factor
If somebody pulls a gun at you,you must not automatically shoot at him even if you have a gun.You must do what he says.Also for the ones with combat expierience in this RP can wait for a good oppurtunnity to pull you'r gun at the guy.

-No Going Out Of Character
Going out of character will receive a warning the 1st and 2nd time,but the 3rd time you will be punished

Starting Out

To start out you are given $ 3000 to buy yourself food,and money for a licence.You are given a choice of the starting vehicle a Faggio or a Airtug.It's suggested that you get enough money for a car,and you can spend the nigth in a car.

How To Start A Business

To start a business you need to stock up on the product you want to sell/distribute.Also you need atleast $ 10,000 saved for a gray day.You also need to buy a establishment where you'r business operates from.And you need to hire some employees,or atleast one employee.

How To Start A Gang

To start a gang you need atleast 2 criminal entries in you'r profile,you need a HQ,you need weapons,some drugs,and one four door vehicle.There can be only 2 gangs in the game,and one gang can only have 4 members.

To deal/buy drugs you must participate in a drug deal.To have a succesfull drug deal you must stay in the designated deal location for some time.If the police do not get to you'r position in 10 minutes the drug deal is succesfull.To gain drugs you must A.Buy them from someone who has them B.You can gain them by doing a mission C.You can rob a police station or steal a police vehicle that has drugs in it.

To gain weapon licenses,you must contact the chief of police and pass a test.Once the test is passed,the chief of police will give you a permit that you must show to a big time arms dealer to sign you'r permit and give you a weapon license.Tier 1,2 & 3 weapon permits can be gained via police,but tier 4 weapons can be used only by police and bodyguards.Tier 5,6,7 weapons are for police use only.Using weapons that are of an illegal tier is illegal.

Missions

Missions are given to people who have the required things to do them (example:To do a mission that involves shooting,you need a gun).Missions are like special scenarious made for an individual RP'er.You may participate in missions or you may not.You have only one attempt though.The pawns (any other players that play a role of a killable character in a mission.Example:MissionThug1 is going to be a thug that attacks MissionDoer1) are given $ 500 for participating in a mission.Any criminal records gained during the mission are deleted from the crime doers profile.Mission doers also gain money for completing a mission.If a mission is failed though,they will receive free health care ( if mission is failed due to death),any lost items will be recovered.

Contests

Contests can be themed on various things.Example: a stunt contest in the skate park.Rules:You must use a Sanchez for stunts.Stuntmen can not participate.Constests may have many rules like,you must use a special thing to participate,you can not participate if you have that,or you are like that,etc.

Bio?	Raven C. Claw was born in Ocean Flats, San Fierro. Living with a group of 'brothers', outcasts, orphans. At the age of 19 he was offered to write an article in the Bay Express, giving graphic detail about the life, he used to live. Raven soon became a reporter all over SA. On July, 14th, 1993, he was held hostage for 6 months in an underground bunker in the Venturas Desert. After he escaped, he was taken to a mental institute. He had a bad case of Posttraumatic stress disorder, a bad case of anxiety and sleeping disorders. He we released from L.S Health institute in the fall of 1998 and began to work at 'The Big Ear' as a satellite technician. He continued to write for local newspapers for NASA until his boss who worked at The Ear, offered him a job as a bodyguard for Candy Sux, to watch over here as she watched the San Fierro 69ers play at Corvin Stadium. That night, Candy asked if Raven could be an official bodyguard, he agreed and they bordered the plane to Liberty for a photo shoot. From 2000 to 2004, Candy and Raven had an affair, but she soon split it off in 2004. Raven went on suicide watch for a few months, and was offered to work for Liberty Tree. He needed the money, to he began to write for The Tree. Until this day, we lives in Bohan, Flanger St. He does morning jogs from Northen Expressway to Dukes Drive.
