[Life in LC Roleplay]

Liberty City is a city full of people who have no idea what to do life. Their jobs are incredibly nonsense, their lifestyle cannot be called a lifestyle, and the money is there waiting for them to take it but they act as if there is no such thing as hidden wealthiness. I have found the hidden wealthiness and I am bringing it to you, all you have to do is spend it wisely. Like a wise man once said "we are blessed and cursed". -Big Smoke.



Here is your objective, you ready........... live the life you always wanted to live. It could be as a mobster, a baker, a comedian etc...... Just live it and live it properly, drug addicts die early you know (lol). Each player will start off with $3,000 and a free car from the selection of beginner's cars. You can either live a life of a gangster and create your own gang, rise to power and be number one, or you could be an innocent person with a regular life, regular job, and regular money flow (boring). There does not have to be an ending, just keep going at it as long as you want.



1. When somebody is pointing a firearm at you, you must act scared unless you are carrying a protection weapon then you can defend yourself. Until you do get a protection weapon, it's your choice to be scared or fight an armed man with your fist.

2. Randomly killing someone is not acceptable, you must have a reason to engage in such a tragic action. A serious reason for example: "He tried to kill me so I defended myself." or "He owes the boss a lot of money so we have to give him his last receipt.". Never kill someone for reason, for example: "I was bored." or "He gave me a dirty look." etc....

3. If your character dies you have to make a new character. If you died because a crazy and drunk taxi driver hit you then you have to make a new character and set up a funeral if you want, but you have to create a new character. Also no revenge killing, if you are killed, then that character is either going to Heaven or Hell so don't avenge your previous character's death.

4. If you are being chased do not do a zig-zag motion to prevent being shot, either get to cover or just run. This Roleplay is all about realism, so we must be realistic at all times.

5. You can have family members in this Roleplay. You can have brothers, sisters, and cousins. You can also have a girlfriend(s), an ex-girlfriend(s), a wife, or an ex-wife(s).



A common question often heard on the streets of Liberty. I'll tell how to survive, just go with your instincts. If you are a character who tries to live a normal lifestyle, then you avoid trouble the best you can. If your character is a person who is involved in criminal activities then what the hell but make sure your crimes are at a controllable rate. For innocent characters, you could buy a weapon for protection (Glock 17, bat, or knife). For criminal characters, if you are going to own a weapon it has to fit your weapon license.



You must have a name and one neighborhood you want to control. The max amount of members in a gang is five. If you wish to have banners regarding your gang, post here please. You may also start with one vehicle for your gang from the beginner's cars selection. The same goes for mafia's and street gangs.



Don't think it's going to be easy, because it's not. To expand your gang you must either take over a neighborhood that has not been touched yet or you can attack other gangs and gain their territory. But watch out, the police are always watching. Attacking other gangs is one way of expanding but you also have to extort any and every business owner in that neighborhood.



You want to start a business, all you have to do is get enough money to buy a small bar or something. When you start off as a newbie in the RP, you get $3,000 which should be enough for a place to live and a car. If you save your money and work at a business for a while, you could own your business using your hard earned money. But owning a business means you either have to rent it or earn enough money to buy the whole thing. It's for a good cause.



Expanding your business will happen if you own a business and not just renting it. Once you do own it, you could do some advertising around town either by announcing it on a public radio, hosting wild parties, getting a criminal organization to help you out and lots more. If you own a bar, you could start a happy hour which will gain you popularity, if you host a nightclub you could do crazy events that will also gain you popularity and so on and so forth.



There are two types of cops in this city, good cops and bad cops. But no matter what they protect these streets and always manage to bring in major criminals. This RP will have up to five members with commissioner. The cops are feared in this city because of their ruthless strategies to bring down any criminal. They are all over and they are always ready



In this RP you will be provided with insurance such as life insurance, vehicle insurance, and property insurance. Each insurance type will have to be paid monthly (every 5 RP's). The host of the RP will run the insurance companies unless some people would like to run an insurance company that's fine by me. The insurance selection will be down below.

Property


Union Property Insurance (U.P.I.)

This insurance company is for houses in the Dukes, Broker, and Bohan. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway.
We also help our client's with either buying or selling a house, we help with cost and we help our client's sell their houses in a easier process.
You pay only $500.00 a month and pay half of your rent.

High-end Property Insurance(H.E.P.I.)

This insurance company is an expensive company that takes care of homes in Algonquin. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway.
This insurance collect's rent every week of $500.00 with a total of $2,500.00 a month.
If you want to buy a house in Algonquin, you must consult with an H.E.P.I. agent to inform him that you are wanting to buy a house in Algonquin. He will set up an account with H.E.P.I.


Quartz Property Insurance (Q.P.I.)

Quartz Property Insurance was established 1932 in Alderny and basically what they do is provided you help with rent but security is included for free. If your home is damaged, you shall receive money from the bank of $3,000.00 and will provide you with a temporary home if necessary.
You pay $350.00 every two weeks (every two RP's) which should total up to $700.00 a monthly.

External Living Life Insurance (E.L.L.I)

You pay $250.00 monthly

Insurance pays for any medical care below $500.00

You pay for rest

Whitman & Johnson Insurance (W.J.I)

You pay $500.00 monthly

Insurance pays for any medical care below $700.00

All Liberty Insurance (A.L.I)

Bio/Description of your character	Rak was born in to a typical poor mongolian family,not in contact with much civillization.He learned to fend for himself,and when he was 14 he ran accros the border to Yumen,China.From Yumen,he fled to Shanghai,where he started his criminal career.Soon he went to Hong Kong,and he hopped aboard a immigrant ship to Liberty City.In LC,he soon started to climb the crime later.With each year being better in criminal activities than the last,he soon became a (in)famous criminal.With many horrible international crimes done,he bought his way out to freedom.After selling WMD's to Middle Eastern terrorist groups,Rak decided that he should keep calm for a while...

They spent their whole lives saving up spare money to give to James when he was 18. With the money provided, he bought a Blista Compact with modifcations. Him and his friends enjoyed to race along the Plumber Skyway at night, but unfortunately, the Police found him, and gave pursuit. James was desperate for his freedom, and raced through the streets of Alderney to evade the police. James' friends were killed in a colission caused by the LCPD. However, James came to an alleyway and found it was a dead end. He had no choice but to exit the vehicle and surrender. After spending 5 years in jail, there was a drastic rise in speeding and street racing. The police used James to their advantage. Now he is an undercover cop, infiltrating the underground street racing groups.

Steve never really new his parents.His father had a heroine addiction and lost it one night and killed his mother and his younger sister, the night that steve's father was going to be arrested the police broke in to find him overdosed on heroine leaving Steve and his older brother Wayne age 18 to fend for themselves, steve was only 2 at the time and as Steve grew up his brother Wayne would put Steve on the corner of the blocks selling drugs at the age of 15. Two years later the police raided the burner brothers small apartment they had opposite the main beach of Vice city. The police found over $20.000 dollars worth of drugs and another $10.000 more was found in another apartment in Wayne's name, But Steve took the heat for all this and was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment while Steve was in prison he didn't receive one letter from his brother and 7 years later as he leaves prison he sets on a mission to find his brother and has so many questions to ask. Rumour has it that Wayne fled to Liberty city so here is Steve with only $200 dollars to his name that he had raised in prison.

Of course desertion is not an option so he was hunted down by Russian forces so he escaped on a boat that was heading to Liberty City. So of course going to another country will be difficult he couldn't think of any profession to have in Liberty City but he was good with automobiles and weapons
