Why can't I use trainers + enb?

Mark Chump Group: Members Joined: Sep 10, 2011	Im using Patch #4. They work separately, but when I combine them I press F1 (im using the InGame Trainer) and the menu doesn't show up. Simple native trainer doesn't work either. Help appreciated; Thanks!
