There is no patch for Vice City.

Well there is one, but it's not to be used for all users, as it's only used when having graphic corruption.

If you don't have any problems with VC don't bother installing it as it might crash your working game.

The patch shouldn't crash the game. There are many mods that depends on the original unpatched game, so if you like to mod your game, then don't patch the game.

To answer the question, you can download the patch through here. It really just fix one small bug. There is no other improvements at all.

Ditto-- the patch is obsolete now-- it corrected a bug that existed in some video drivers back in 2003 and 2004 that affected the game-- from everything I read about it (mostly here)-- utilizing the patch now is a waste of time unless you have a card and driver from that era and have never updated the driver.
