It's time to learn to make your own model, since converting isn't helping you to improve your own skills.

And why gtagarage approve this converted mods?
I thought converting from other games is prohibited?

True I haven't took any classes on making my own 3d models yet I got to many classes focusing on web development and programming but I will eventually. Just haven't had time to nor have I had time to research. On the other hand, for now I just want to start on the project in the near future I will create the characters on my own but as of now just trying to set that up.

No need to take any classes to learn 3d modeling.
Internet is your friend.

To be honest, I'm taking a study where there are nothing to do about 3d modelling at all.

Wesker had nothing to do with it I'm just trying to gather a team of people to help. I didn't want to seem like a person just requesting this mod that's the reason for wesker to show I know how to rig. @ Que well that's why I'm asking for help for a lot of advance modders such as yourself. I really think this could go beyond GTA IV and this project could lead to better things. So if you're interested please let me know if not that's fine I will carry on this project with or without help. Also, due to the lack of creating mods I still have ways manipulating existing models and changing the geometry I did so for my Sweet Tooth mod and Nathan Drake mod along with Nemesis I haven't had the time to sit down and learn yet on how to make 3d models.

And you have the time to sit down and converting things? Seriously, man.

You can't get a job by converting things (which is illegal, since it's a property of that game developer. You just stealing their work)
