It can be any show, as long as it is an English language TV show. My favourite TV shows are Hawaii Five-0 (the new series), Lie to Me, Supernatural and Smallville.

All time? The Simpsons. No other show HAD its level of genius. Even though time took its toll. And Mystery Science Theater 3000. You don't know better.

Current? Dexter.

Breaking Bad. My favorite show of all time. I doubt anything will ever top it.

This scene alone is epic.

Taking into account both personal preference and quality, I've narrowed it down to a baker's dozen:
24
Arrested Development
Breaking Bad
Community
Deadwood
Game of Thrones
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
The Office (UK)
Rome
Seinfeld
The Simpsons
The Sopranos
The Wire

...but then I thought twenty is a nice round, even number:
Boardwalk Empire
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Dexter
Louie
Oz
South Park

I don't really watch too much TV nowadays, but I do love Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother and Top Gear. CSI:NY is cool as well.

Trailer Park Boys

Anyone ever considered watching Trailer Park Boys or is firting with the idea, watch these two clips. Basically sums up what the show is about. 3 Dudes trying to make a buck but always f*cking it up in the most unimaginable fashion.

The Sopranos, hands down.
I love early Simpsons, first 12 seasons or so.
Malcolm In The Middle, love that show, seen every episode numerous times over and now it isn't on TV anymore...where the hell can you buy the box set?!

Same! I'm at the end of season 4 now, I ended up buying the box set when it was on offer for £45 in HMV because I love it so much. When i've finished this time around I'm borrowing it to my girlfriend's dad to prevent me killing it for myself because I'll just end up starting over again lol.

@Ted Bundys Bedsheets: I also enjoyed Trailer Park Boys. Seen all of the, plus the movies. They are kind of like a real life Ed, Edd, and Eddy if you think about it lol.

Miami Vice.

The famous "In The Air Tonight" scene from the pilot episode "Brother's Keeper", featuring a night-time drive in Crockett's Ferrari Daytona Spyder set to Phil Collins' "In The Air Tonight", is not only considered one of the best moments in the series, but one of the greatest ever moments on television. It affirmed the effectiveness of music-based scenes and provided inspiration for other sequences like it in future episodes of the show and elsewhere.

In no particular order:

- CSI (LV, NY & Miami as a whole).
- Hawaii 5.0
- Top Gear
- The Simpsons

I'll probably edit this later when I remember the old shows I used to watch that I still enjoy. wink.gif

There are a dozen shows I've grown to love over the years but there's only one I've watched lovingly since I was a kid and will continue to watch forever... The Simpsons.
