Multiplayer without phone

Lost MC \| VP Group: Members Joined: Nov 29, 2011	Is there a mod that allows me to access that menu without bringing up the phone? Rockstar is so logical they decided to disable bringing up the phone in certain instances... then typically a bug occurs that makes the game always think it's that instance... (thanks again Razor1911 )
