ok i bought gta iv for pc from walmart and i want to know how mod it. whenever i try to drag a file into it a message comes up and says " insert a writable disk into drive d " and eject my disk. how do i mod it? someone please help.

Have you installed it first? I think the reason it is saying that is you've not installed the copy onto your system yet. Once you have installed it. Update by going up the ladder, starting from patch 1.0.1 to patch 1.0.7.

yes i installed it, and i even played it then when i tried to do mods it wont let me drag stuff into it. maybe im doing it wrong. but i dont even see any files under the cd's folder that show features and stuff like people have said your suppose to see.

Use SparkIV, you can find tutorials in Google or in Youtube.

You can find GTA IV files in Drive C > Program Files > > Rockstar Games >GTA IV.

Btw, you don't need to installed patches 1 by 1.. i recommend 1.0.4.0 for modding.

Every Patch includes all updates from previous versions.
