70%: Radiohead is a great band, though I'm not sure what station that song would be on to fit with the atmosphere. The same could go for this song I'm suggesting as well.

If they bring back an 80s station (Vice City FM e.g.), this song would be perfect for when you're flying the Hydra across the landscape. FYI, it was featured in the Top Gun soundtrack and produced by Giorgio Moroder (Flashback FM, enough said).
