The Rustler, Stuntplane & Hunter spawn in the Verdant Meadows hangars. The Hunter can be used for the Vigilante side mission. The Super GT, Bullet & Hotknife spawn outside the Driving School. The Super GT can be used for the Import / Export side mission. The Air Field / Air Yard missions have been unlocked. You've got a Pilots' License - now all San Andreas Airports have been unlocked.
