that pic is very hard to believe because:
1. That modded san andreas picture is just inserted on the empty rectangle of the psvita
2. R* is already working on V Era
3. The large size of SA's map won't fit on the UMD, otherwise it will lag like hell.

And that's why GTA: San Andreas Stories was also never announced or released.

and I think it was a fake

Yeah, I can see that happening. Its already available for Xbox 360 and PS3 so I imagine they will make it available on the Playstation Store for the Vita.
