The gradient is just white and grey, to obtain that effect you need to apply a texture over it.

It's a normal gray to white gradient with shadows and stroke and a metallic texture overlaying the text.

Use blending modes. Set the metallic layer mode to "Overlay" and it should fill the text just like that logo.

Did it and still nothing. Or it is me because I do something wrong.
