Does anyone HATE the sprint in TBOGT?

Hello. I'm just kind of wondering, does anyone who played/plays TBOGT notice the difference in sprints between Niko and Luis? Is anyone actually bothered by it?

(For anyone who doesn't notice it, Niko runs with his back pretty much straight, not leaning forward. While Luis on the other hand bends over quite noticablly and takes shorter steps. Luis' run looks very.... not right to me.)

At least it's better than Johnny's run. Which is more of an old man jog than anything tounge2.gif .

Don't forget that Johhny had been in a bike crash before which affects his running.

Yes, Luis' and Johnny's sprinting is really annoying, but I guess Johnny has a reason for that. Luis, on the other hand, just seems retarded when running.

Niko's sprinting is pretty awesome and he actually taught me how to run properly. confused.gif Despite all the weird looks I get, I run with my back straight. Most people just don't understand that... smile.gif

I am not bothered, as long as they can run tounge.gif.

But Johnny's sprint is the fastest one. There is that little cliff on Hove Beach. I ran from it to the rocks, near the cliff, and Johnny made it before he got tired. I tried with Niko and Luis. Luis got tired halfway there, and Niko somewhere like 3/4.

Also a side note: If anyone hasn't noticed that yet - Johnny's limping when he's sprinting. Look at him top-down, you will see that he limps his right leg.

I also went to a forest (IRL) to try out the sprints myself. Because of my poor physical condition (suffered from many accidents >_>), Johnny's sprint actually let me run fast. When I try Luis or Niko ones, I think I feel like I was breaking my spine.

Have you seen Johnny's run in TLAD? It looks like hes doing a chicken dance.

You can explain that, because he had a bike accident. He has the right to look weird.

But Luis on the other hand... meh.

Just started playing TBOGT for the first time yesterday, I haven't played long enough to notice his crazy running I guess, but I certainly noticed his jive walking. Haha I love how much swagger they gave him when he's just normal walking, especially when he's in the club. Maybe I'll eventually get sick of it, but so far I get a kick out of it.

I know this is going to sound cruel but to me, when Luis sprints it looks almost as if he's shat himself. confused.gif

Now you know how I feel when I play Mass Effect. I love the game, but Shepard runs like he sh*t himself. And don't even get me started on Shepard's dancing.

But back On-Topic, I never really paid attention to Luis' run. I mean despite his head sticking 12 feet ahead of him, I thought he ran pretty good. Unlike Niko, I mean who the hell runs with their back straight up? It's not proper form and it creates a lot of drag.

I do. confused.gif

No, it doesn't. At the beginning of the sprint, of course, I lean forward. But when nearing top / optimal speed, it just feels natural for me to straighten up.

I just realized something, Niko runs as if he is in the middle of a race, and Luis runs as if he is about to cross the finish line. (You know, at the end of the run some of the runners tend to lean forward head first when they cross the finish line.)

Killing a baby? Nah, but that depends on if it wants to stop breaking all my stuff.

But that is true. Well, at least we can agree that we both like GTA.
