Can't get gta iv native trainer to work!?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 26, 2012	So ya... I cant get it to work. I have 1.0.3.0 and when ever I start up gta iv it always crashs after loading save (after installing trainer). I have tried to delete settings in appdata folder (alot of ppl say its gud to do) but i still didnt get it to work! Help! (i have win7 if tht helps )
