Across Italy, not long ago across Italy 8 people were arrested for a so called scheme to sell fake bonds to developing nations. However their plan failed and little is known about this whole thing. It says 8 people were arrested and the investigation started with an investigation in the South of Italy.
Just out of curiosity, does anybody know more about this? I mean prosecutors said that if these bonds were sold or used, it could have had a disastrous affect on the global economy. Personally to me this is quite big news, but it seems the Media and governments around the world haven't made it seem like much of a big deal? is this the case. 6 trillion is about half of the U.S. debt or something along those lines I think.
