In GTA IV the theme parks didn't work, the cranes didn't work, the forklifts didn't work....Yeah, R* needs to make these things work. That's what seperated R* from everyone else is that little attention to detail, which they lost in GTA IV. Everything needs to work or don't even bother putting it in.

I'll say it again. GTA:IV's Firefly Island was SUPPOSED to be closed. You can't use that against Rockstar as an example of lack of detail, because that theme park being closed was entirely authentic.

Earlier on i was playing GTA 4 and i passed the closed theme park at the bottom of broker. This made me think that because the next GTA is based on L.A then surely the theme park at Santa Monica pier would be open most of the time because of the amazing weather and such. However IMO i would think it would be very silly if R* closed that park in GTA V and left it to be abandoned. It would be pretty fun on multiplayer. Even single player.
Now your probably thinking that ''yeah it's a shooter game so what'' blah blah blah. But hey it would give you something to do when your bored xD.
So anyway what do you think about the theme park at santa monica that is in GTA V. Do you think it will be open or shut etc. Opinions are welcome .

Vice City Stories had a fully functioning theme park. So I'm guessing GTA V should have their theme park open unlike IV.
I would like to see a functional theme park for mini games and diversions..I also hope it will be semi destructible so you can blo up the ferris wheel and watch it roll....lol

Yes, I can see driving a car onto the roller coaster tracks and crashing the ride, throwing people off the ferries wheel, sniping people from there as well, maybe a bumper car area, and definitely one of those spinning swing deals where u could try to shoot riders out of it.
Hahaha multiplayer bumper cars would be funny, people in the cars crashing then some guy come with a rocket launcher and kills every1.
