1.i have tryed to put cars on and the cars go on but wen i go in the handaling file it wont let me save the changes ????????????????????????
2.wen i try to put a map on (following full instructions) the game wont work. its the snow mod iv been putting on. i tryed it 6 times.
3. i downloaded the 100% save game so it wos unlocked etc and it did not make eny changes .



y am i having these problems wen ever i try to mod the game.


please can some 1 help me as i really wont to rip it up on the snow mod
if eny 1 knows my problem please give description on y i am having this problem.

The game is not moddable by default. You have to edit something before you can start modding.

Put the filelist.pak to pc/data folder and backup the old one.
Remove the read-only attributes from all GTA IV files and ensure you´re running it as admin.
Alternatively you can install XLiveLess.
