So Claude gets busted robbing a bank then gets his face plastered on the front page of the Liberty Tree. Then gets freed from the transport by the Cartel. And then... This is basically all forgotten? You can get arrested an infinite amount of times and you're just let go. Kind of a big plothole right?

Did they explain this somewhere in the game? My minds a little hazy.

If I remember well, the Cartel hacked the LCPD database just before the bust out, but Claude's crime recort should remain in it. Guess it's a minor error, OR Cartel just f*cked up whole LCPD database, and no one was able to recognize Claude, as all photos and such were just deleted.

Well, it wouldnt be as much fun if you go to prison each time you get arrested, and its just a game. And I think the cops would be focusing on the bigger criminals.

Well that's the excuse Rocktar uses in every GTA so far(not sure about 1/2 tho, dont remember), but from GTA III onwards it always says that you bribe the police
It's the easiest way and somewhat working excuse of getting out. (even if you murder 10000 cops and civilians and couple of FBI and army guys you get out by giving them 200 bucks xD )

Yeah I hope they fix that in GTA V. And when you die you always end up ok, I mean once you get blown up your disc should get scratched so you can't play any more.
