I just installed a clean SA, i installed CLEO 4, and DYOM, and when i try to run gtasa.exe, The theme changes to Win 7 basic, then turns back to Windows 7 Aero, it won't run, now i can't make any damn mission.

HELP ME. IT WORKED BEFORE IN THE SAME PC

Try to use Cleo 3

Did you try to run it without CLEO and DYOM installed.
If it still doesn't work then you need to do this.

Go to GTA San Andreas User Files.
Delete the file "gta_sa.set"

That should work.
It contains all your settings. So it 'll change the settings to default again so you need to change them again.
The same thing happend to me, but now it works perfect again.

If your GTA isn't working because DYOM, this topic can stay here, otherwise it isn't related to DYOM whatsoever, and should be moved...

Wait, there's something weird, there are 2 GTA SA User Files in the same Document folder, same name, how possible?i deleted the fake one.

i THINK it should work now.
