GTA Complete Edition(Steam) has revoke?

I'm thinking of getting the steam version of GTA IV/EFLC Complete Edition, but even though it's only like $30, I'm not going to get it if it has any non-revoke DRM. Does anyone own it and know if SecuRom, GFWL, and Steam all have hardware revoke?

Why: I don't want to buy software that will be nonfunctional within 3 years..

EDIT: GFWL still has a 15-install limit. I've read it can be reset by MS support in some cases over phone.. MS mucks up another market..
