hello i have been playing gta VC and i have come to a part where i have no mission markers , i have been waiting for a call from someone to give me some missions but i haven't had nothing

There are always mission markers, what icons do you have on your minimap?

You need to buy assets in the city which will give you new missions.
Here is the locations of them: (look for the flashing dots)

You don't have to buy them in any special order but only a few ones will allow you to progress in the story.

Plus i just did the first mission of kaufman caps and i dropped him off at the airport and i failed the mission wtf?

That's weird. Do you have any cheats enabled? Do you use any mods in game?
If not try the mission again.

Nope i just figurd out it was i got in the enemies cab when i should of stayed in my kaufman cab, well i just finished the taxi missions and now off to do another place thanks for the links and info guys

Right im now on the cherry popping missions and when i do the distribution mission , my horn is not working and the UI saying jobs done dosen't show

You have to tap the horn button, otherwise it won't work.

tap it quickly to start distribution for cherry poppers.... it is very touchy across all versions.

the taxi missions aren't delivering passengers--- that is a side task....

After purchasing kaufman cabs there should be a pink marker inside--- there are 3 kaufman cab missions if I remember correctly
