Update: 8th mission uploaded. 1st chapter completed. Soon I'll upload a ZIP file of the first chapter with all the missions in it so that you don't have to click 8 times to download each mission seperately.
Have fun, play the missions and give me feedbacks, people

| QUOTE (Notna @ Sunday, Jul 8 2012, 13:39) | I played the 5th and 6th mission. The story is really exciting. As I have said that you should really be a writer for R*. I got to admit that once again, you've proved yourself, in my opinion, as the best mission designer. The shootout in the 6th missions was pretty hard, I died on the first try - I guess the enemies had a pretty high accuracy?
Well, keep it up man, I'll play the rest of them soon | Hey, man. Thanks a lot I would like to be a writer for R*.
Well, mainly the enemies had 50 and 25% acc, but high health.

Duuuuuuude, soo many cliches! Seriously the mission pack is just jam packed of cliches, which I tihnk was the purpose for the most part; At that last part, before it cut and said "Meanwhile, in the LV desert" I was like "Okay, now they'll show a small snippet of the boss." Then, as it said "meanwhile etc." I was like "Okay, now they're just gonna partially show the boss as his henchman/valet tells him the bad news, and what do you know, THAT happens two seconds later. Awesome! I'm amazed that these cliches didn't bother me... they were very noticeable, but fun as hell. Would appreciate it though if you kinda cut down on them later on, as the series becomes bigger and more "srs". Otherwise, I really enjoyed it. It had next to no action, yet still I never really got bored. It's not the most original story ever (cough Taken cough) but it was entertaining. Looking forward to part two and some... surprising twists!? Also, one little suggestion: Try to avoid the clusterf*ck effect that happens all too often where you just get shot down by 10 enemies because there's no real cover to fight them. I didn't die, but I had to run away and the guys followed me several feet from the warehouse speeding past Rick as I gunned them down. Still was pretty fun, but I think you could improve on that.Keep up the good work man. This post has been edited by Fordred on Monday, Jul 9 2012, 20:24

Keep up the good work man. | Hey, man. Thanks a lot on the support.
Well, to be honest, someone already told me about the ''Taken'' movie, but when I came up with the base of this story, I didn't watch that movie before, so for me it was original lol. I didn't know there was a movie similar to my story, but yeah, it looks like it
Anyway, anyone who's been following me since I started knows that I tend to show as much as inner story and connect the players to the story more than just fill the mission series with playing and shooting etc. So, that's why my MP's have smaller parts of action. I think it's not really necessary to have 90% of playing. Also, I'm glad you found it entertaining. That's what I'm trying to make
And thanks on the suggestion. I'll look into it for sure

| QUOTE (nitrousoxide @ Wednesday, Jul 11 2012, 12:12) | I just played the last mission. AWESOME !! I don't want to say any thing too much about the mission, but I just can't wait for next one. | Hey, thanks a lot. I'm glad you liked the mission.
Currently, I developed a story in a way that I left myself a couple of choices now. So, possibly I'll need a little more time to make the next mission cause I have about 3 things to choose here and there. Stay tuned for more missions

Chapter 1 FeedbackSo first, I do NOT intend to put spoilers, anyone who is still playing/intends to play, should not read the whole review, except for looking at the final score.
Rick while one goes to purchase the tickets, a black van appears and takes Jane, A nice unexpected thing was that we got to play Jane's brother, which is quite refreshing when I think of it, As I could swear I thought "Oh, how predictable, so am I playing the husband?" then to my suprise it didn't happen, good points for ya. Next what I thought was quite weird is that suddenly the brother looks for information about his sister and doesn't even notice that he has been doing a killing spree, which was quite odd for a former FBI agent, at first you don't really understand what's going on, with all those phone calls and new names that were showing up, Frankie for example got me quite confused a little. The story flows, and keeps getting interesting, infact I had to stop playing yesterday in the middle of the chapter, and kept thinking about the mission pack for a bit, which is great. As for the animations, it's obviously an improvement from Thompson's Heist's first chapter but after that chapter, you kept improving and improving, which was amazing, But in this missionpack, it feels like a big letdown. Characters mainly sit or talk, these are the two most common animations, and I didn't even notice a variation of the talking animation (There are a few, but if I'm not wrong you used only one) Cutscenes were less exciting, I understand that you had to get the story forward by adding phone calls and investigation-like conversations, and that's good but - I think you should go back to what you did best, like in the last chapter of "Thompson's heist", it was interesting, and flowing and exciting, all thanks to the cutscenes which you did so well back then. Also notice that the weather doesn't change and it's always in the same time of day, could use some variety It ends in a nice way, leaving the player wondering who's the big boss,
I look forward to the next chapter. Also, can I ask for more twist in the story for chapter 2? Rating-Little variety in animations -Same athmosphere -Less exciting cutscenes +Unpredictable +Thrilling +Stable plot +Powerful antagonist (?) +Interesting
Score6.8/10It really peaks at 7/10, which is very good, but not enough for you, you can do better, much better. The missionpack is based on cutscenes and good storyline, but with the lack of animations, and exciting stuff in the cutscenes, these important things need just a bit more investment, Just a bit more, and the score could sky-rocket. I promise. You did it before, you can do it again.

Continuing a story after a few weeks post was very hard and I'm very thrilled that you, with all that has happened while making this mission, gave me a 6.8/7 out of 10.
I agree 100% that it ALWAYS can be better, no matter how good you do or make something. I can say that I had problems after getting back to DYOM after a few weeks post and I think that's the main reason why this last few missions weren't on a ''level'' you expected me to be. However, there will definitely be twists in chapter 2, of course. (Who you thought I am? LOL)
I will try to use more animations while talking and change the weather a little more
Anyway, thanks once again. I'm sure I'll get back to the level I've been in no time
