Just to clarify.

The Damned MC is. (for this event)

ajbns87 , zdanz96, muffinman and kaisersoza 66. (we might need another TMDC member, although a few current non-members have asked to join our team).

Up to trabet if he wants to join "The Underdogs", he's got a good understanding of CnC and is a decent shooter, so will be a good member to have.

Sure, we do need an extra player, so welcome to the team.

By the way, do you have alot of experience playing cops and crooks?

The reason why I ask is because anyone can be a great driver and a shooter, but if you don't have a the proper cops and crooks experience (having a detailed map knowledge of the ENTIRE Liberty City, knowing ALL the possible getaways positions, understanding your position on the map in relation to your teammates and the crooks/boss, predicting the movement of the boss by studying his behavior on the map, etc. etc.), without these experiences, it doesn't matter how good a driver/shooter you are, you're still gonna suck at cops and crooks.

I'll wait and see, hopefully in the next few days more will finally sign up.

I was hoping to make the draw on March 1st, so that the first weekend of March, would see the first round / quarter finals being played.

Like I said in the OP, if this event fails to work, it will be my last CnC event. If it's a success which is looking unlikely, I'd love to do another, more random team event like the first.

That wouldn't be enough notice for people to prepare for the games and open up their schedule.

Especially if a person is on a tropical vacation the first weekend of March.

Its completely fine theclefe, by saying matches could be played the weekend, doesn't mean they will have to be, it's just if teams are ready, they could get the games played over the first weekend, ultimately team captains will take responsibility for organising games and times.

aj!, take it easy man, we might just be good for a few teams, you gotta realize this isn't the most POPULAR game, but it is a very well programmed, and deep game.

compared to most of the sh*t that's out there, like MW3. the competition releases sh*t and people buy it, marketing is a bitch.

Hi, first of all aj, i can try to get myself a second team (capt of 2 teams) so we will get the 8teams easyer it isnt a easy job to host 2 teams but its worth a try and second of all, i would like to host some practise CnC Tournament Event vs some other team like, Damned or Costra Nostra would be fun too :-)

What happens if both your teams are drawn to play eachother? You can't play for both at the same time. lol.

For that reason, I think it's a bad idea to captain two sides, of course you can encourage some friends to join and have a go. You have spoke about practice a lot, we'll have to wait and see, there will be an enough trouble just trying to get players together at the same time in the tournament itself, anyways we all know CnC, and if we practise against eachother, there won't be any surprises.
