I want to ask a question. Is there any way to improve the quality of low definition textures? Unfortunately, the PC version of GTA: San Andreas features very low quality textures. Is there any way to improve them to Medium/High quality?

Here's an example of a texture:

you can make a low quality texture from high but this process can't be reversed!
use any other HD Texture instead of it.
