I use Spotify, do you?

Music streaming.
I use it on my computer and on my phone, it's pretty cool, I pay 9.99 GBP p/m for this, it's worth it, I think.

Well, someone here turned me on to it, I basically created a channel on the XBLive carried music channel/service LAST FM, and once upon a time, looked at having Rhapsody be my music host, marginally speaking
I got turned on to one I posted in the GTA V music thread, can't recall the name right now, but it's under threat of litigation. You just never know if they might pull the service, this one was being sued by the HEAVIES!

Can't live without it now.

Can't believe I was using Pandora before it. Looks like absolute crap now in comparison.

Oddly, MSNBC's web site had a story on it, I was going to link it as well, but my computer had two problems that sprang up and I had to reboot and do a complete system scan, Hopefully I can add it to this thread of interest

Spotify is a free service too, but it's limited by how much you can play and an annoying-as-balls advert every few songs or so.

Not to mention the mobile streaming is exclusive with the premium account, but I think that alone makes it worth it.

I've actually been thinking about switching though, to iTunes match that would let me stream from my computer to my phone and (about my soon to be apple tv). I'll need to wait on some more reviews however.

The article I just dug up is fairly recent. For just finding tunes on line, I was happy to come across Groove Shark as recommended to me

I prefer Grooveshark. There's only one annoying ad that is encountered when you try to play your first song upon arriving at the website, and that can easily be avoided by refreshing the page. After that, it's smooth-sailing.

I would pay for it for just the mobile streaming, but i already have a chunky monthly bill and i don;t feel like adding to it...even though it's probably cheaper than buying albums all the time.
But on the other hand my mobile Data cap is kinda lame so streaming music all the time mightn't be so great (I Did use the free grooveshark app for two weeks until the trial ended.)

I dunno i gotta think on it some more haha.

I have all the music I'd listen to so i'll just stick to itunes/phone cards for when i'm out and about.
I downloaded it and for the amount i'd use it.. glad I didn't buy it,.

I stream a complete YouTube album upload, if not a CD to laptop HDD in my Music folder, and I'm happy, once streamed and saved on the local HDD, I can enjoy the music anytime. But again, finding music you don't have, could or should come from a variety of sources, not just digital music sites

bump. finally spotify is available in asia. started using it just 2 weeks ago and i already paid premium because i really loving this service. it makes services like itunes useless for me. only issue is that alot of songs are missing probably due to copyrights here especially rock genre.

heres a example

It was good I used to have it. The adverts got increasingly invasive so I quit using it. I guess if you pay then the ads stop, but meh I cba with that.

I did have it, however I recently got a new PC and it doesn't want to play Paramore anymore, and I usually listen to them A LOT. So it kinda sucks now and I've had to stop using it. It was good because it didn't drain my computer's performance as much as iTunes so I could listen to music when playing things such as Minecraft better.
