Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Feb 12, 2012	Hi guys I've had and still got every gta game ever made and I'm new to this modding business How do I do this do I need it for pc how do I start and where I'm sure there have been these questions before and I did a search and could not find anything ,I just want to be able to get different cars realy please help if loss in simple terms thanks
