How to play Vice City without a CD?

I know it's a very noob and retarded question (which I'm ashamed to ask), but can you tell me a way to play GTA Vice City without a CD/ Virtual Disk? I usually install Vice City and put on the No-CD crack (my game is original, but I have it pirated as well). I start the game and it says "Please insert GTA Vice City play disk". So I just use the Virtual Disk to play it, since I don't like using actual CD's. It's been like that for as long as I play this game (considering that I play it since about 2003). Anyway, can you please tell me what to do in order to play the game with no CD's and Virtual CD's?
