Can liveries be added to any GTA IV car?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Dec 27, 2005	I have made a few different enhanced interior textures for Ruslev's RR Phantom but I am not sure if there is anyway I can add different liveries to represent 4 official types of wood trims for the interior. I think maybe an expert here might be able to answer that question, thanks in advanced. Here is an example of what I am talking about below.
