Hi,i've got a question about the light from lighthouse,is there anyway to make the light spinning inside the lighthouse[the one in LS beach],like the one in VC?

Eh the files from LA crashes my game,even if i start a new game,is there any other way to make the light?

I typed it on google but there's only the searchlight for police chopper,so how im supposed to script that onto the lighthouse?
Well the search light is supposed to spin,the searchlight appears at 22:00 and ends at 7:00
