Welcome to a new beginning for GTA SOL.

This project future is down to who gets the most from the project.

With 1023 downloads over night for GTASOL Online I am wondering where time is best spent.

Please reply here honestly about how you feel about the project.

That would be nice to see it on Rage. I hope that will be possable. One question. When you bring this to Rage, will you keep IV's LC? Do you have any plans to add IV's LC? The San Andreas IV team may allow you to add their work to your mod.

They put swimming in Vice City. I think they can find a way to hack the bounds.

Also GTA V may have larger bounds and may be able to fit this map.

Edit: If you port it to Rage, are you going to use IV, or EFLC, or both?

Regex decided that he wanted to split the team up and do things his own way, and Mex for personal reasons will be taking some time away, but right now I don't know if it will be temporary.

I do not want to spend a lot of time pointing any fingers saying what was wrong with SOL-Online apart from the company-like set up; but I think if you all thought about it, you can work out what happened for yourselves. I have learned some very good lessons from all this, and I know I have lost a lot of friends and respect because of how SOL Online was run. I hope that by doing this and finishing what I started I can get some of it back.

The project will be completely open. No Secrets. Back to the way it was before the merge.

Good, Before when it was SOL-O it was like they were trying be like R* and keep everything Secret and only show a small trailer now and again.

Hey X, I would like to join you again, on the SOL-O I was part of the Quality Assurance, and modeling is what I would like to do, specifically Vehicles, I cant model anything up from scratch, but modifying the current models in a Minor or Major way to make them more modern with the mod being based in the Present is what I can help with.

From what I heard on the SOL-O mod, you have a hack that allows an Unlimited amount of Vehicles to be added, So I can only be an asset and add more to the mod.

I have started to work on the map and last guess is there are 102 bugs to fix plus LOD issues all over the place.

I will lend X-Seti any assistance he needs in the way of web hosting and site development/maintenance. We will keep in contact as friends as we have been since the merge in April 2010. However, I am not officially part of SOL, whereas I am officially part of the VC-O team, but I am happy to lend a hand where I am able.

I really have high hopes for SOL and I will be looking forward to future releases, and I am especially happy to see the project continue on despite the split with ReGeX, Mex, and I.
