Riding On In The Midst Of Morning Group: Members Joined: Feb 26, 2011	Hey guys. I know i've asked a lot of questions here, and I've got a new one: Is it possible to make new vehicles in gta 4? I'm not talking about 3dmax, but actually making new files for them? All the other modders replace already existing files with new vehicles, but is it possible to make your own, with all the handling, etc.?
