How to make normal map on roads, buildings etc. ? There is a tutorial ? I researched at forum and i heard we can do this with GFX Dexx mod, but i could'nt.

Unfortunately that tutorial won't help him as that is just for peds and the plugin used for that won't work for buildings/roads etc.

You should be able to use this to apply a normal map onto buildings/roads etc. To get it to work you'll need sagfx link

Do you have a before/after screen without using ENB of something you have applied this to nWo?

I've never done that before, so can't really help. You could PM Dexx about it or PM the author of the video quechus13 and see if they can help you out.
